The min number is zero (0).

❸ What should I do if I don't need random numbers in the second range?
You could simply ignore the second line of random numbers or just set quantity to zero (0) for the second range and you will get random numbers in one range only.

❹ How many numbers in the list can I generate at once?
You can generate up to 25 numbers in one range at once.
